Short, straight answers. Everything runs by email, no forced meetings, and anything we agree we put in writing.

Yes. The Essential package is built for exactly that, bookkeeping, VAT returns and online visibility right from the start. You can start the same week your company is registered.
Monthly bookkeeping (50–80 transactions), VAT returns, the annual financial statements and the tax return. The Essential package also includes invoicing and payment reminders. You just send us the receipts, we handle the rest.
Yes, at any time. No lock-in, no penalty fees. As the company grows, the package grows with it. You can move from Essential to Customized at any time, as your revenue and transaction volume grow.
By email, no forced meetings. You send us the details we need (Business ID, bank account, credentials), and we handle the setup. Up and running within a week. Everything in writing, and if you need it you can also reach us on WhatsApp or by phone.
The setup fee is one-time. It covers the setup, integrations and configuration, work that's done only once. The monthly fee starts only once everything is up and running.
We give you an estimate in the audit based on your own transaction volume and confirm the price in writing. We don't charge separately for small monthly fluctuations. If the volume changes permanently, we agree on a new price together, always in writing in advance.
We do bookkeeping and reporting in accordance with good accounting practice, the Finnish Accounting Act and Tax Administration guidance, and VAT and financial-statement material is checked before filing. If a mistake happens, we correct it promptly at no extra charge. The division of responsibility is described in the engagement agreement before work begins.
Yes. We take over the bookkeeping from your previous firm and handle the data transfer. The switch can be made during the financial year, in practice usually at the turn of a month.
The notice period is 30 days, with no penalty fees. On termination we hand over all your bookkeeping material and delete unnecessary data in accordance with our privacy policy.
