Rafiquddin (Rafi) Mohammed

I have worked in Finnish financial administration since 2013. My experience covers an accounting firm, one of Finland's largest public healthcare organizations, a national federation, and a private company. My responsibilities have covered the entire financial administration chain in practice, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, VAT declarations, financial statements and statutory reporting.

As generative AI became more widely available in 2022–2024, I began exploring how it could be applied to the financial and administrative processes I had been managing for years. What started with automating Excel reporting soon expanded into workflow automation, AI assistants and business chatbots. I regularly write in Finnish and English about AI regulation, data quality and privacy.

In May 2026, I founded Kasvuvoima Oy in Helsinki with a clear goal: helping Finnish entrepreneurs combine reliable financial administration with practical AI-driven automation. My principle is straightforward: I only automate processes whose business and legal requirements I understand, and I make sure that all data remains within the European Union.
